What a great hotel and surprise. I've stayed at lots of Accor and other hotels around the world and this is one of my best experiences ever. The hotel is beautifully restored, the room was super comfy and spacious, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

There is lots to like about this accommodation, modern, good location, friendly staff. The smoke detectors have very bright blinking lights positioned near the bed, if you are staying here I recommend taking an eye mask to sleep with, I ended up sleeping with the bathroom light on so it was a constant light instead of flashing. Hotel staff said I could swap to another similar room, but they all had the same problem, they also do not have eye masks available. Lighting in bathroom and bedroom are not suitable for applying makeup, vanity space is only works if you own 2-3 toiletries, I found it insufficient for my hair and makeup products. Space for hanging clothes is very limited, seems suitable for 1 days worth of men's business clothes, but not great for more than one day, or women's garments that hang differently, no pants hangers. I was travelling with a backpack and suitcase which seemed to take up most of the free space left in the room, it was a bit squeezy and awkward because there wasn't room to unpack all the things I needed, so I still needed access to my suitcase.

I always stay here especially as an Accor Plus member. The staff are brilliant and the restaurant and bar is very sophisticated. I would have loved a bigger room as I was working a lot remotely

We came to Sydney for an event at ICC. Finding 2 rooms for a short stay at a reasonably priced hotel that was not backpacker quality proved tough. Eventually we found the Morris in the app and it met our requirements. It's a quirky boutique hotel but has been refurbished nicely. Everything went smoothly and worked as it should. Sydney weather was challenging but that no fault of the hotel. A special shout out to Lewis and the front of house team who were exceptional in caring for the guests and providing quality attention and service. Going above and beyond is not something that you often see in big name/branded hotels. So thank you to Lewis and team for making our stay memorable.
